Random mugging for the hell of it is grounds for being kicked or banned at admin discretion. You must ALWAYS have an IC reason. Mugging someone for credits is allowed but you may only take a maximum of 200 credits per person per mugging.  ---- The following rules state when you are allowed to mug a person and what the proper response it ---- To mug someone in Union controlled areas, a minimum of 3 units must be online and on duty. To mug a unit then there must be 6 units on duty. If you mug someone and a sweep is then issued and you successfully evade capture or death then you must wait a minimum of half an hour before you can disconnect. Failing to do so will result in being perma banned for avoiding RP. ---- The following are PK rules, criteria, and procedures. ---- If you are killed in the following scenarios, that constitutes as a perma kill:  - Amputation by Civil Protection -If you are killed while attacking someone -Suicide -Threatening another character -Killed during a raid If you are a unit and are killed while in rebel held territory while alone and with valid reasoning then that is a PK If you are a unit and go off the grid (Not responding to radio comms, ignoring orders, etc) and are then killed then that is PK.
